02 What types of recyclables does the RVM accept, and what volume?
The machine accepts plastic bottles (up to 1,500 ml), aluminium cans (up to 750 ml), Tetra Pak / drink cartons (up to 1,000 ml), and glass bottles (up to 700 ml, provisional).
03 How do I receive my reward — cash, store credit or digital wallet?
We support integration with clients’ existing reward systems via API, including platforms such as Yuu and Carbon Wallet. If you do not have an existing system, we can also provide our own built-in reward system.
